What is the minimum order?
You can start with one paid prototype. Production batches are quoted according to the product, size, material, print time and quantity.
Can promotional companies sell the product under their own brand?
Yes. White-label production is available, allowing the reseller to retain the customer relationship.
How long does production take?
Lead time is confirmed after the files, quantity, material, prototype requirements and current production capacity have been reviewed.
Can you work from a logo or idea rather than a 3D file?
Yes. Send the available artwork, dimensions and intended use. Any required design or setup work will be included in the quotation.
Can you match an exact brand colour?
Colour availability depends on the material and current filament range. Where colour is important, approve a physical sample before production. Exact brand-colour matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed.
What happens if an item is defective?
Genuine manufacturing defects are reviewed against the approved sample and quotation terms. Customer damage, misuse and changes requested after approval are handled separately.
